Greetings, I am Pastor Rose Crowder. I am the founder of Hope House Ministries. I have over 35 years of leadership in the corporate world and over 25 years of leadership in ministry...I also have over 20 years of outreach experience. I believe I can be an asset to the advancement of Our Children do Matter Organization.

I am, Joseph L. Bullard has worked in the IT field for 25 years and is currently employed by The Vulcan Corporation in his home town of Foley Alabama as a System Administrator. Besides managing his own business Joseph finds the time to teach classes at his local Masonic lodge and gives much of his time to working in the community to help educate the next generation of leaders. Joseph is also a former city official with the Board of Adjustments and Appeals and he’s involved in many other civic organizations. Owner of Bullard Technical Service a technical consulting service also located in the beautiful city of Foley Alabama. "Live your Dash"

Collin Elliot Haglund, Graduate of NC State School of Design. 1997
Collin worked as a textile designer before focusing her career on interior design. Her love of color, pattern and helping others bring their vision of their home to life. Collin works with a local home builder, Urban Building Group. Collin is married to Todd Haglund and they have two daughters, Elizabeth, 17 and Wynn, 14. When she’s not working or with family she enjoys volunteering at her daughter’s schools and with the youth at MPUMC, teaching vacation bible school, Sunday school and assisting with the acolytes on Sunday mornings.

Karen Mitchell Nelson, is an engineer and Program Manager who has worked in the technology industry for almost 30 years. As a woman who have achieved success in the technology pipeline, Karen is passionate about educating the youth about Science Technology Engineering and Math(STEM) careers and mentoring young adults who are new to the field. Karen has been an active volunteer in her children's classrooms and she enjoys working with the youth at church teaching Sunday School and financial awareness classes. Karen is committed to developing the next generation and looks forward to teaching life-skill and financial awareness with Our Children Do Matter.
