Our Children Do Matter
Not all of us have it easy. There are young people whose parents are not in there lives or have pass away, or imprisonment. We are a community-base program, created to engage our youth in all aspects of growth and development. Our youth today are being distracted from the simple fundamentals in regards to growth and development that by the time they get to become adults. They are lacking the critical thinking skills necessary to compete in this very confusing world. Our goal is to actively explore need assessments in the community and identify at-risk youth and deliver the life skill necessary to break that cycle of complacency that contribute a spirit of want. Our youth are our future, if we don't invest in them now we are going to lose them. Our Children Do Matter believes that these children deserve to be treated with respect and giving the opportunity and much LOVE like every child should, as well as giving a second chance. This nonprofit organization is here to help our youth and young teens that is suffering from anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, and to help to lead our youth in a higher education while improving their career goals. As we ensure their health, safety, and permanency. This is also a way of giving back to the community families....They are our future
